Yesterday I spent a magickal morning at the Walter Sisulu botanical gardens. I have always loved that place - filled with incredible energy, peace and tranquility.
It would have been nice to sit for a moment and really think in those gardens, but we were there with a mission - to photograph water.
How hard can that be, you may ask - bloody hard is my response. There are so many factors you have to take into play to photograph water, the light, the spray, the movement - and of course your own composition.
I took some lovely pics (just one here) - and I loved being able to see how the picture changed, dependant on the way the water moved, how the sun shon and how the trees swayed.
It made me so aware that in life so many things are perfectly aligned to give us the life we lead, yet at any moment the wind can change, the sun move or the water flow differently, a stone can move - the five elements that are in perfect balance for every situation we are in can change and with that the whole nature of our lives.
Im in the process of plotting out "my amazing future" - an incredible journey I really need to take the time to breathe into and really embrace. Insight and analytics, strategic thinking, new business development - where is my amazing future and what do I need to do to the elements in perfect balance to move me there?
